  • Shipping delays due to courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

6. Replacement Policy

Since our products are custom-made, refunds are not available.
However, we offer replacements for personalized items only if:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition,

  • There is an error in customization caused by us, or

  • The product is defective or incorrect.
