Thank you for shopping with Ecstatic Digital. We take great care in creating and delivering personalized and handcrafted products for you. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds for Personalized Products
All our products are custom-made or personalized based on customer specifications (such as names, designs, photos, or engravings).
Because each order is unique and made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
2. Replacement Policy
We offer replacements (not refunds) only under the following conditions:

The product you received is damaged or defective.

The product has errors in customization caused by our mistake.

You received the wrong product.
If any of these apply, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence of the issue.
3. Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

You must provide proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or confirmation email).

The issue must be reported to ecstaticdigital@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review the case, and if approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Personalized or engraved products.

Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

Products that show signs of use after delivery.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be canceled after 12 hours, as we begin processing them immediately.

If cancellation is requested within 12 hours and before customization starts, we may process a partial refund after deducting transaction charges.
6. Shipping Damages
If a product is damaged during shipping:

Please take unboxing photos or videos showing the damage clearly.

Send them to ecstaticdigital@gmail.com within 48 hours.

We will arrange a replacement after verifying the damage.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we ensure timely dispatch, delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen conditions are beyond our control. We will, however, assist you in tracking or resolving delivery issues with the shipping partner.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
