1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom or personalized products may take additional time depending on design approval and production requirements.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or a delay in material availability, processing times may be extended. We’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp if there’s a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Time

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We partner with trusted courier companies such as DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, and India Post for delivery.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Within Kerala: 2–4 business days

Other States (India): 4–8 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier service, or unforeseen conditions such as weather or strikes.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS/WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.
4. Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship within India only.
If you wish to place an international order, please contact us at ecstaticdigital@gmail.com — we may arrange it on a case-by-case basis.
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect or incomplete address leads to a failed delivery:

Re-shipment charges will apply.

Ecstatic Digital will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos or a short unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ecstaticdigital@gmail.com.

If a shipment is lost or untraceable, we will assist in filing a claim or reshipping the order after courier verification.
7. Multiple Orders
If you place multiple orders, we may combine them into one shipment (if possible) to ensure faster and more efficient delivery.
